Returns/Exchanges

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.  You must notify us by email prior to returning, clearly stating the reason why. At this point we will give you an address for returns and a code.

The item you return must be clean and unused (ie not worn), it must in the same condition as it was received with tags still attached and returned in the original packaging.  If your item smells of smoke (ie cigarette smoke) we will be unable to offer you a refund/exchange.  You must enclose a copy of your email sent to us prior to returning as well as our reply email which includes your code.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs – these costs are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure your package arrives in good order and it is important that you have taken the necessary precautions to ensure you package is not lost in transit. 

We will notify you as soon as we have received your return.  Your item will be inspected and if your return is approved we will refund you via bank transfer.  Your refund may take up to 3 weeks to be processed.

We work under strict quality control conditions; as a consequence our items do not leave our premises if they are damaged or defective.  No refund or exchange will be accepted if your item is damaged or defective. 

Any item that has been personalised (monogrammed) or made to order is not eligible for exchange or refund.

We will send back to the customer any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy.

 

Faulty Goods

Items that have been damaged as a result of general wear and tear or where washing instructions have not been adhered to, will not be eligible for a refund.
