Delivery/Orders
If you have made your bag ‘personal’ – ie you have chosen your colours/pompoms/monogram etc, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed.
Our pre-designed bags will be despatched within 2 days of payment being received. Should you wish your bag to be monogrammed, please allow up to 1 week.
We will always talk you through lead-in times as these can vary during very busy periods.
All our items are sent via Royal Mail using Special Delivery/Signed For …. Please note that a signature will be required on arrival.
UK postage cost is £8.00 (bag/clutch/kaftan/scarf)
International postage cost is £15.00
Please note that custom or import duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges so we advise that you to check with your local post office/customs office before placing an order with us.
Sizing
Our kaftans are made to order, should you wish to order a kaftan in a different size, this can easily be accommodated.
The size we work to fits a size 8 – size 16. Please see exact measurements in the description detail.
